What does it actually do?

Copperhead is a high-speed autonomous underwater vehicle. Anduril says it can sprint at over 30 knots and carry different payloads, including in configurations that work like a torpedo.

Technical detail

  • High-speed AUV with sprint speeds over 30 knots (company figure).
  • Scalable payload options; can be deployed from larger vehicles such as Dive-XL.
